Weather Policy - We will do our best to get the camp in. If weather prevents us from hosting, we will refund up to 50% of the camp fee. We keep our fingers crossed every week that the weather will permit, however, we can not control the weather. Safety is always our priority and will always error on cancelling due to wet or semi wet courts. If we have to delay a day by an hour or cancel a day, we will offer a discount on future camp or program. This will come to you in the form of a one time code to use on future registration.
Refund Policy - Refunds prior to the program starting will be made in full less the initial credit card processing fees of 6% of initial payment up to one week prior to the program. If you are inside one week up to the day before the start date, you can receive up to 50% of your registration. If your junior player decides he or she does not like the program after it starts we can only refund you up to 1/3rd of the registration.
