What Do I do if it Rains?

Living in Houston typically means we are not going 5 days without rain in the summer. If it rains during the tennis portion of tennis camp, we will error for safety and only be on the courts if they are dry.

If it rains really hard and we cannot be on the courts , we will have activities inside the clubhouse. Such activities will consist of: arts & crafts, movies, Wii, board games.

If the rain is light and we can walk to Fall Creek Elementary, we will utilize the covers pavilion and work on tennis skills and related skills. We will walk to the FCE but due to the construction of the new GYM…our activities and availability may be limited.

Weather & Refunds?

We will do everything we can to host a great tennis camp. If we cannot be on the tennis courts, we will be in the clubhouse. Please note our coaches are tennis coaches, they are not activities coordinators. We will have activities but this is Tennis Camp. We will provide support for those parents working, however, please note we have limited indoor space so the activities are limited to the clubhouse.

We will do everything we can to get the tennis portion of camp in. The coaches are committed to making sure we provide high level tennis instruction. That said, we cannot control the weather. We will do everything in our power to ensure that your camper has a great week on the courts.

Refunds because of weather or personal reason will not be offered after the Friday prior to the start camp for any reason except for force majeure (aka an act of God and a summer rain storm is not that). We will however, work with the tennis coaches to provide additional time on the courts if the weather prohibits tennis.
