Athletic Waiver & Release

There is an assumption of risk in participation in this activity. Ball, rackets and bodies sometimes move at high speeds around the court, and with that there are times where individuals run into each other, collide with a moving racket or a ball may hit someone. I hereby release Fall Creek Homeowner's Association and Fall Creek Tennis Committee from any and all personal injury arising from participation in this activity. This includes negligence and gross negligence and any and all damages whether physical or financial in nature.
